These Terms and Conditions cover the take- away catering service at all McCaffrey’s and Simply Fresh locations.

ORDER CUT OFF TIMES

All orders need to be placed 72 hours before the selected pickup time.  If you require an item or catering after the 72 hour window please contact catering@mccaffreys.com, as we may be able to make exceptions to help fulfill your catering needs. 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Orders cancelled 72 hours or longer before the pickup date will receive a full refund or credit on future orders. 

Orders cancelled 24-71 hours before the pickup time will be eligible for a 75% refund. 

Orders canceled 24 hours or less before the pickup time will be eligible for a 50% refund.

If you booked an order that is cancelled by us, you will be offered a refund in full, a credit on future orders or to move your order to a new date. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please call us at 800-717-7174.

ORDER CHANGE POLICY

All orders are finalized 72 hours prior to the event.  Anything inside 72 hours you must contact the store's catering manager. 

PAYMENT TERMS

If your organization would like to apply for alternative payment terms, contact catering@mccaffreys.com.

Credit not available for private individuals.

Outstanding invoices may be referred to external agencies for collection and the client will be liable for all debt recovery costs.

FOOD ALLERGIES

While every effort is made to meet dietary requirements. We cannot make any guarantees or take responsibility for any food allergies. If you do have any food allergies, please list them in the notes section at the time of checkout.
